COLORADO CHILD CARE CONTRIBUTION CREDIT

Your donation to Early Childhood Service Corps (a program under our non-profit home Montessori Intergenerational Learning Communities) is eligible for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Credit.

Taxpayers that make a qualifying monetary contribution to promote child care in Colorado may claim an income tax credit of 50% of the total qualifying contribution.

To sum it up:

  • You donate to a child care organization.

  • You get the 50% tax credit on your Colorado state taxes.

  • You may also be able to deduct the full donation from your federal taxable income, which can save you even more.
